Like most websites, we use advertising to make money. You’ll see rectangular ads on the sidebar of our posts. These are not generated by us, so we don’t always know what ads you’ll see and therefore can’t vouch for the products. However, there is another type of content that we do get to choose, and that’s what we link to through affiliate programs.

Sometimes you’ll see links within our posts that take you to another site (usually Amazon) where you can buy products. These are “affiliate links.” That means if you click on the link and buy something, we get paid an incredibly small amount of money. We try to link to things we’ve talked about and that we think our readers might be interested in trying.

This is how we’re monetizing our site to pay for all the delicious treats we upload pictures of. We both have other jobs and this is just a hobby for us, so don’t feel obligated to make any purchase on our behalf. We simply like making this site, and if it can pay for itself, we’ll be able to keep doing it!
